About You

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in the manufacturing industry and a genuine interest in the production and development of new and existing products, but we also place great importance on personal suitability.

You have a good technical understanding and there are good development opportunities if you are willing to learn new tasks and take on more responsibility.

As a person, you are flexible and unpretentious, someone who puts great commitment into what you do and you are happy to help where needed. You have good physical condition as occasional heavier lifting may occur.

A prerequisite for working with us is that you have a forklift certificate for counterbalance trucks <10 tons and preferably also a certificate for overhead cranes, as well as proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Job Responsibilities

The job responsibilities involve being able to set up, adjust, and produce on our machines with good quality and efficient operation.

The work requires you to be attentive, methodical, and precise. Manufacturing can be described as a craft since we produce and develop special products, often in collaboration with our customers.

You are expected to work both independently and in a team, as each shift works in teams composed of different competencies and tasks.

Salary and Employment Conditions

It is WHAT you do and HOW you perform your tasks that form the basis for salary setting; we have an agreed system for this.

Our production operates in both 4-shift and 5-shift systems, with a small portion during daytime.

The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period.
